I LOVEEEEEE RED BULL but

I’m starting my weight loss journey next week, which granted I’m not as big as I feel, but I could do without my stomach fat from my pregnancies. (I’m 10 months postpartum from my last baby.)

My mom SWEARS Red Bull is going to 🔪 me 🙄.. so I was wondering if there was a good replacement for them? It gives me much needed energy and I love the taste too. 😭 Or do I cut out energy drinks all together?

I will be meal prepping, exercising, stop snacking so much (cause I know I can’t just QUIT😂) and whatever else I need to do to lose this belly fat.
