Apps I use since Ive deleted Ig and X

I deleted Instagram, because I found myself comparing my self to people too much and that wasn’t doing my mental health any justice.😞

Twitter, I deleted it because I spent most of my time on it arguing back-and-forth with people, and that would leave me in such a sour mode🤣

so I’m starting to focus on my mental health and delete those two toxic apps so here at the apps that I think are great past timers instead of Instagram and Twitter.
