Here is my recipe on how to make this orange creamsicle smoothie. I really like to just make a quick smoothie for breakfast or lunch when I’m super busy and need something to just take with me on the go. It’s also a good way to get in all your fiber for the day. This recipe has orange, which is a really good source of vitamin c. The yogurt in this recipe is also a good source of probiotics. I also add my collagen powder in here or my preworkout if I haven't had it yet that day.
INGREDIENTS
-1 banana
-2 oranges
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-¾ cup yogurt
-collagen powder (optional)
-ice
RECIPE
1) Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.
2) Pour into a glass and enjoy!
Note: don’t add sugar or any other sweetener because all the fruit makes it sweet enough.
