MAPLE PECAN LATTE

I recently made this maple pecan latte because I’ve really been trying to get some fall vibes going in this 80 degree Los Angeles weather. Anyway, this recipe is so good and super easy to make at home.

INGREDIENTS

-½ cup milk

-¼ cup pecans

-1 Tbsp maple syrup

-½ tsp cinnamon

-½ Tbsp brown sugar (optional)

-2 shots espresso

RECIPE

1) Soak the pecans in the milk for at least ten minutes, ideally longer.

2) Blend the pecans and milk together until smooth. You can use a blender or food processor.

3) Heat the milk mixture over medium heat. Add maple syrup, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Cook for about 5 minutes, stir frequently.

4) Pour the milk mixture and 2 shots of espresso into a coffee cup and enjoy.
