Broccoli Cheddar Mini Quiche

🥚 6 eggs

🥛 1 cup whole milk

🧀 1 1/2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese

🥦 fresh broccoli chopped

🧂 salt & pepper

🥧 1 pie crust

Grease a muffin pan.

Use a circular cookie cutter to make individual mini crusts. Bake for about 10-15 minutes at 375°.

In a large bowl, whisk eggs. Add milk and seasonings and mix. Combine cheese, broccoli and other desired toppings. Pour mixture over the each crust.

Bake for about 25-30 minutes until the eggs set and the edges look golden brown.

Let them cool for a few minutes and enjoy!
