Winter Arc: Body Transformation

I saw this on tiktok and her handle is in the bottom corner, but I think THIS is what my content will be for the next 4-6 months? We’ll make our goal 1 month to start and keep going.

I’m going to try and make a tracker, get my before photos, make a biweekly dorm friendly grocery list, and so forth. But most of all, i’m just gonna start.

This includes self care for:

• Skin

• Hair

• Finances

and whatever else i’m struggling with currently.
