First week Back

Hey family💖🫶🏽

First week has been very hectic to say the least🫠 I am enjoying and excited to learn but it is very exhausting just being here school is so draining for me but now I know how to combat my anxiety and stress and understanding boundaries with school is very important and so are my rituals and non negotiables I do to up keep the self everyday I am struggling with food a bit I just really don’t like eating out as much but sometimes am too tired too cook or don’t feel like it😴.I have been getting better with eating in the mornings and afternoon so I’m not starving through out the day. 🤩

Question: what is something you look forwards too in the fall? When do you consider fall szn to start?
