Just finished my new bathroom, how’s it look?

If you’ve remodeled your home or got a fixer upper, what did you do and how much did the work and permitting cost you? If you needed an architect and/or engineer how much was that? I’d like to hear some of your stories on what was quoted vs what you actually paid. We just did our bathroom, all it costs is the materials (my dad did all the work)..
