I went to the dentist last week for a check-up and a cleaning. It was super quick and easy. I wanted to share what brands/type of dental products I’m using these days.

TOOTH PASTE

I’ve always been a colgate girlie. I’ve had cavities in the past, so as a preventitive measure, I usually get the cavity protection tube :)

FLOSS

When it comes to floss, using floss picks are so much easier than using regular floss!! I will forever stand on this. These are my favorite right now but I really don’t have a preferred brand.

MOUTH WASH

This specific mouthwash was recommended by my dentist, and it sits at a pretty good price. The biggest thing that I was told was to stay away from is mouthwashes with alcohol, and lean towards mouthwashes with fluoride. These recs were because of my personal dental history. Check in with yours if you have one. See what they reccomend.

Honestly, I love going to the dentist and taking care of my teeth. I didn’t always have the easiest access to a dentist so I feel really lucky that I do now. Having insurance is a privilege <3
