🫶 Grief is so weird

Time to be vulnerable.

On Thanksgiving I lost my uncle.

And each morning I drive to work and jam out to music and then get so happy that it makes me sad. I feel guilt for having moments of happiness when I’m simultaneously so sad that I can’t call him and tell him about my life.

I know there are stages and I’m patient with myself, but this stuff gets weird some days.
