How I prepare cream of rice

To me this tastes like an oatmeal, just not as chunky in my opinion.

I like to add 1/2 water 1/2 milk no matter the serving size. Once done, I add vanilla and sugar and then cover.

The toppings I like to add are blueberries🫐, strawberries🍓, pecans, and chocolate chips.
