what i found on facebook marketplace ✨

when i first shared my pregnancy on here i showed y’all my inspo for what i wanted baby’s nursery to look like, and my absolute main must have i told y’all was to find an antique english pine dresser!

i looked high and low for months. and it’s not that i couldn’t find one, it’s simply that i could not find one any lower than $1,200 (and most were well above that)!! 😅

i went to countless antique stores, thrift shops, spent an endless amount of hours on facebook marketplace, and googled like no other!! but my mind and heart was absolutely set on something just like this.

though i will admit, there were definitely days when i was exhausted from the search and came this 🤏🏼 close to giving up and buying something new..

until one special day, i opened up marketplace as i had 10,000 times before and saw this beauty at the top of my page!! i didn’t even hesitate and immediately bought it ✨

we cleaned it up and did just a bit of sanding to remove excess paint & glue. and i have to say it’s exactlyyy what i was hoping for 🥹 it makes the room feel so much for special and gives such a fun vintage vibe, which was my exact hope 🫶🏼
