🔅 The Grand Canyon is an hour and a half away

🔅20 minutes from mt. Humphrey

🔅skiing in the winter!!!

🔅 The people are kind, adventurous, laid back, and extremely active. You will see old hippies, young adults, and college students because of Northern Arizona University

🔅One of the most dog friendly places I’ve been. Although residents are passionate about keeping your dog on a leash in public spaces.

🔅Endless breweries

🔅Local coffee and tea shops on every corner

🔅Extremely safe and family friendly

🔅There is always something to do here. From hiking, bouldering, live music, local festivals, skiing, or paddle boarding in lake Mary, you will never be bored

🌧️Very expensive to live here. There is limited building space due to being so close to the mountain and is a very desirable place to live causing housing prices to sky rocket.

🌧️Tourist hub. Being so close to many natural wonders, and one of the only places in Arizona to get snow, flagstaff is busy all year round.

🌧️Traffic.. flagstaff is not built for how many people live here
