Making new friends is HARD!!

Your late 20’s (26 to be exact) can be a really difficult and lonely time to make new friends. Especially if you work from home. I graduated college during the start of the pandemic and never got to say goodbye to so many friends. Even though I had my family and my boyfriend, I still felt a bit lonely.

I am also a huge introvert but starting my own business has made me open up more. I have intentionally started creating more connections and making new friends, professionally and personally. But as an introvert, it makes it so difficult for me to show up at events. I usually have so much anxiety!

I started attending hot girl walks in the last year and it has been so much fun! I have gotten to meet lots of new girls and even developed good quality friendships. 🥹 If there is not one already started in your area, start it yourself!! It’s completely free. I am super thankful for the gal who leads our hot girl walks. All you need is an Instagram page and to be able to plan your walks. These walks are such a genuine form of connection.🥹 We are all there for the same reason!

The first time I went I was with a couple of friends and my sister so it made it much easier but kind of defeated the purpose of the walk, in my opinion. Since that time, I have been going by myself and meeting new gals each time! Sometimes the walks end with a visit to a coffee shop or a walk through whatever event is happening if we are in downtown.
