My favorite blue light glasses 👓

As a college student I spend A LOT of time on the computer and other technological devices 🤳🏻. So I know it’s important for me to protect my eyes 👀. I do that by wearing blue light glasses. Blue light glasses reduce eye strain, fatigue, headaches, and much more. I’m sure you’ve heard that you’re not supposed to be on your phone close to bedtime. But in the case that you have to, wearing blue light glasses is like a shield and will help you get better rest! 😴
