I have an allergic reaction every single day !

I’m going through it yall. I have an allergic reaction almost every single day . At some point of everyday, certain parts of my body are covered in hives . I’m not allergic to anything except like seasonal allergies. This has been happening to me for years since high school . I’ve gone to the doctors and the only thing they keep saying is stress and I am in a stressful position in life right rn but hives everyday is crazy 😩 and miserable to say the least.

Has anyone ever experienced this ? Any remedies to naturally soothe an allergic reaction ? I usually take Benadryl but I hate the way it makes me feel 😭
