2023 Photo Dump

2023 was a year of transformations and the beginning of a new chapter in my life.

January: Adopted my companion Big Mac from the shelter with my boyfriend. BEST DECISION EVER! Started my first interior design class in my “going back to school” journey. I have a degree in French and marketing and I’m going back to get another degree in my dream career: interior design!

February: I cut my long locks into a fun bob.

March: Worked with Big Mac on nipping and trained him to be more gentle, and do some tricks. He’s such a fast learner!

April: Went on spring hikes with Big Mac, focused on my school work and full time job as a project manager for a corporate software.

May: Completed my first interior design class with an A! It was interior design 101, an intro to the field.

June: Visited my family in Maine, walked in the Portland Pride Parade with my sister.

July: Really found my groove with the art form of rug tufting (after 3 canvas attempts). Started working on my drawing skills.

August: My boyfriend and I decided to make the big leap and move out of California to Maine! Where I’m from. We plan to move April 2024.

September: Started my second interior design class, history of interior design. I loved it! We visited Universal Studios Hollywood—so fun!

October: Went back into therapy via Better Help. Started working on healing my inner child and began meditating every day.

November: I turned 36 and went to Salvation Mountain to film a music video for fun. I also visited my family in NYC for Thanksgiving.

December: Got a cold (booo) healed and had a solo Christmas with my pets. It was THE BEST. No traveling, no obligations. I slept in, opened presents and took Big Mac to see ducks for the first time.
