Cinnamon Sugar Cruffins

- puff pastry dough

- 4:1 ratio white sugar to cinnamon

- a lil butter

thaw and roll out a sheet of puff pastry, then sprinkle it with cinnamon sugar mixture. cut into 4 long strips and roll each up like a roll of paper towels. place in muffin tin and bake at 350F for 30 minutes or until fluffy and golden; remove from oven, brush tops with melted butter, and dip in cinnamon sugar 🫶🏼 best served with a plain oatmilk latte!
