Cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced

Whipped feta (details below)

Fresh thyme

Hot honey

for whipped feta //

1/2 block feta

1/4 cup plain yogurt

Olive oil, 1-2 tbsp

Pepper to taste

how to //

Blend whipped feta ingredients in food processor. Add additional yogurt to aid in blending if needed and pepper to taste. Spread whipped feta on cracker and top with sliced tomato, fresh thyme, and a drizzle of hot honey.
