Besides their specialty fresh yummy Oysters served here, I have to especially highlight the high level of service here. The service staff were attentive & extraordinarily efficient.

@kuraoysternhighball serves a different kind of Japanese oysters per week decorated with beautiful toppings by Chef Brian tonight. Every dish was very well presented & yummy.

In the light broth are Japanese Daikon, Ebi Shinjo, Chikuwa & Konyakku. This is a great palate cleanser after a savoury meal. Love the kick from the Japanese mustard.
