Food Review : I Love Yoo!

I went to I Love Yoo! for lunch a couple of times and I found that every of their menus are amazing!

You can purchase their set meals or the ala carte, and all set meals comes with a glass of soy milk. Their Central Kitchen supplied their entire Malaysia outlets has been certified Halal and they are in the midst of the halal application for the rest of their franchise premises.

I Love Yoo! is incredibly famous for their porridge and yoo tiao. I would never missed to have their porridge and I constantly visiting the store to try out a lot of different menus they have. The porridge is actually a scallop porridge and they provide a self service counter for the condiments such as sesame oil, pepper and light soy sauce to add in your porridge.

So recently, I tried the 8 Treasures Porridge which is made of the scallop porridge with some spring onions, soft boiled egg, peanuts, fried shallots, pickled vegetables, preserved olive leaves, crispy Yoo Tiao and shrimps. The way to eat this dish is to mix everything and give it a try, oh my god I can assure you this will be the best porridge you’ll ever have! I know I sound like I’m exaggerating but who would ever think of a plain porridge could be this delicious? Give it a shot buddy!

On some other days, I tried their Mee Kantin which looked like the Pan Mee. The noodle’s goes well with the sambal, crispy anchovies and yoo tiao, and soft boiled egg. FYI, they also have rice menu with curry, fragrant herbal salted chicken leg, and wantan noodles.

For some side dishes, I always love to have their sesame balls with red bean fillings, sweet potato balls and the red bean buns. All of these tasted really great and they are freshly fried and also not too oily.

While their soy milk will never be disappointing, I frequently have this for takeaway and I like it because they don’t put any ice in it but it is still served cold.

I recommend you all to visit the restaurant and you can check the outlets nearby to you at their official website. It is because they are serving healthy and delicious food for all ages, including children and adults.
