Did you know that you can shop your groceries online?

As a nutritionist, it’s important for me to prepare my everyday meals at home because I enjoy cooking & it gives me a sense of mindfulness in my eating behavior. However, I am not the biggest fan of preparing the raw ingredients especially animal proteins 🫣

So I took the route of ordering them online from Barang Dapur Basah on Shopee where all of their meats were already cleaned & prepped prior to delivery. All I have to do is cook them - less mess & less stress for me! 💗

This can be such a convenience for those who are too busy to prep everything in the kitchen but still want to prepare home-cooked meals for themselves or their family. In fact, it saves a lot of my time in the kitchen & makes cooking even more enjoyable for me.

And this is also a part of nutrition care! ⭐️ Nutrition is not all about calories & nutrients only.
