Here are some of the dynamic mobility warmups I love doing on my leg days 🍗
Doing these movements will not only prep the muscles for the actual exercises, they also help to open certain joint & smoothen its movement so one can move freely without any joint pain.
Even on days when you’re not working out, I highly recommend doing mobility trainings/warmups regularly for your joint health.
For reference, I usually pick between 4-6 of these movements & do each of them for 6-10 reps at the beginning of my session. Let me know if you have questions! :)
p/s: the footages were sped up. These movements should be performed in a much slower & controlled pace.
