Hii health warriors! Cooking sometimes takes alot of effort and patience. So let me share a simple brunch idea for you to try!
Crabstick Mayo Sandwich!
Ingredients:
1. Wholemeal Bread
2. Crab stick
3. Hashbrown
4. Mayonnaise (of your choice)
5. Green Vegetable (of your choice)
6. Coriander (optional)
Steps:
1. Steam/ boil your crabstick for 3-4 minutes until they’re soft.
2. Mash your crab stick until no more lumps.
3. Add in your mayonnaise until it gets moist. But be careful not to use too much. Mayonnaise contains high fat and sodium content.
4. Add in coriander or anything that you desire (blackpepper, cayenne pepper etc)
5. Assemble your sandwich! Bread first layer, followed by crab mixture, greenies and hashbrown.
6. There you go, your sandwich ready to be eaten!
