Why we quit being digital nomads 😳

We LOVED our time as digital nomads but there are definitely some hard things about it that people don’t tend to talk about.

Here are some reasons we decided to stop being digital nomads👇🏻

1. We’re tired- simple as that lol traveling full time is really tiring! It’s SO fun being in and exploring new places but with that comes the pressure to constantly be doing stuff. Since you’re only in a place for a certain amount of time you feel like you need to fit everything in and that can be exhausting! Sometimes you just want to sit back and chill but you can feel guilty doing that when traveling because you feel like you’re missing out!

2. Priorities- travel will always be important to us but being there for our friends and family is too. Between weddings, birthdays, and family trips it was important to us that we were there and traveling made it harder to do that

3. We miss having a home- obviously a big part of being a digital nomad is not having a permanent home. And while it can be really freeing to not be attached to anything, it also can be really hard! Having to pack up your stuff all the time can be a pain and it’s so nice having a place to call your own to come back to and relax.
