Why my sketchbook has helped my anxiety:

I often find myself having anxiety and a lot on my mind, one hobby of mine that helps me release my emotions is sketching, color penciling and painting.

Whenever I’m creating art my mind drifts away from my worries and I begin to feel calm.

The paintings are done with acrylic paint where you can find at Michael’s or any local art store

The pencil sketches are done with a range of different graphite pencils

I use the app sketchbook on my iPad to create digital pieces which is super easy to use when you’re traveling.
