Birth Control for Hormonal Acne

I am not anti-birth control, I am PRO women knowing EVERYTHING so they can make an educated decision.

I was on birth control for 11 years so believe me this hits home for me to. Birth control obliterates the communication between brain & ovaries, and some women never get a period again after they come off.

I have so many clients that come to me with hormonal acne from coming off of the pill, yet none of them nor myself were ever educated on PBCS. (Post birth control syndrome).

When we come off the pill our bodies are trying to figure out what’s going on. We cut off communication for 10 years between our brains & ovaries so when you hear people say “my skin is going crazy” or “ I’m so moody & bloated” etc.

It’s almost like the reasons they went on the pill are the aftermath of coming off… no coincidence there 🙃

Birth control will not fix your acne and it will not balance your hormones, it majority of the time does more harm than good.
