Screen time hates me PLEASE HELP

So it is literally 9:15am currently I went to bed literally at 11pm last night and woke up at 8 HOW DO I HAVE 7+ hours already. If you haven’t seen I’m trying to get my screen time down but this week is all out of wack it says I’ve been on Twitter and YouTube for 3-4 hours at a time when the most I’ve done is open the app for 5-10 minutes… I’ve literally not been on my phone more than 2 hours a day and I’m averaging 8 hours daily a week… does anyone know how to fix this or work around this? My long term goal is to eventually get my average down to 2 hours and cute TikTok out completely and I just can’t get down to 2 if I’m getting hours from apps I’m not even using
