- Boiled for 5 hours - clean & flavourful Teochew Soup base.

- All condiments are made in-house, including the deep fried garlic, shallots, Sambal Belacan, Coriander chilli sauce.

- Chinese Wine (12 years) & Fish sauce Imported from China Chaozhou province (Chaoshan fish sauce).
