🇲🇾Malaysia found authentic Sichuan BBQ

Recently, I visited the first authentic Sichuan barbecue restaurant, 烈火烤肉, located in Bukit Jalil. As soon as I walked in, the rich flavors of Chengdu hit me, and the best part is that there’s no smoky or greasy smell at all.

菠萝牛肋条 🍍This should be the restaurant's signature dish. The entire beef rib is served inside a pineapple, and the sweet and sour combination of the beef and pineapple makes it incredibly tender and juicy—truly unforgettable.

肉多多拼盘 🥩The presentation is stunning, satisfying cravings for pork, beef, lamb, and chicken all at once!

包浆豆腐: These adorable little pieces are fried to perfection, giving a crispy outside and tender inside.

蛋蛋的忧伤 🥚Onions and eggs make the perfect pair, with a delightful aroma.

番茄肉丸汤🍅 A rich tomato soup paired with chewy meatballs, it’s heartwarming and delicious.

锅巴土豆🥔 Fried until crispy, these make for a great snack after a meal.

烤进口午餐肉套饭🍚 For just RM13, you get a bowl full of luncheon meat, a fried egg, and egg drop seaweed soup—excellent value!

This place is really perfect for gatherings with friends or family! Both the atmosphere and the food are fantastic!😋
