Buffalo Chicken Dip

Here’s what you need:

4-5 cups shredded chicken

1 package cream cheese

1 cup blue cheese dressing (or 1/2 blue cheese, 1/2 ranch dressing)

1 cup hot sauce

1 cup shredded cheese, plus more for topping

Heat a skillet or sauce pan over medium heat. Add all ingredients except chicken and stir until melted. Add the shredded chicken and stir to combine. Transfer to a tray or oven safe serving dish, top with more shredded cheese, cover with tin foil and refrigerate until ready to eat. Once ready, bake at 350F for 20-25 min until it bubbles.
