Strawberry vanilla latte 🥰

STRAWBERRY VANILLA ICED LATTE 🤩🍓☕️

Tart, sweet, creamy, and amazing. I made this with fair life core power protein shake so this coffee has ~13g of protein to help you feel fuller longer as well, making it a great addition to your breakfast!

#recipe details:

To make the syrup:

- 2 cups fresh strawberries, washed and stems cut off

- 1/3 cup monk fruit sweetener (or use regular sugar, honey, etc)

- 2 tsp vanilla extract

Add berries and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat and stir together. Let simmer 10 min, until the strawberries release their juices. Mash them with a fork or potato masher to extract as much liquid as possible. Add vanilla and stir. Strain any pieces out so you have a smooth syrup.

For each latte:

- Fill cup with ice

- Add 2-3 spoonfuls of strawberry syrup

- Add 1/2 fairlife shake (or use any milk you like)

- Top with 1-2 shots of espresso

- Stir and enjoy!
