HVALA 🍃 ; How to Pronounce??

Have you guys been pronouncing HVALA as ha-vah-luh? ❎ The CORRECT pronunciation is actually VAH-LUH, where the ‘h’ is silent! ✅

A friend of mine who used to work there actually shared this interesting info w me! I followed up by researching and found that HVALA is actually Croatian for “Thank You”. 😂 Croatia is a beautiful country & most people know it bc of football! I hope this background info is interesting to know for you guys HAHA I personally found it super interesting & unexpected!! 🙊

Back to the food review! As always, HVALA hits all the right spots with their tea lattes. My favourite is the Matcha Latte 🍵 but the Hojicha Black Sesame Latte 🖤 was super good too! We also got the Dairy-Free Waffles 🧇 with a scoop of Matcha Ice Cream 🍨. Their waffles are super crispy & fluffy on the inside. We visited the Triple 1 outlet but if you’d like to try their ✨ Mochi Waffles ✨ you can head to Craig Rd outlet for this exclusive menu! 🤩

I’m such a huge fan of HVALA because the intensity of their tea never fails to satisfy my cravings & their desserts are all so good too!! 🍃🍃 I also love their interior, it looks so zen & peaceful.
