Best Mediterranean flavor • Hidden Gems in SG

There’re many Turkish restaurants in Singapore and after trying at least five, the Mediterranean Deli Turk, in my opinion, is the best 😍

• Super delicious and authentic taste (validated and praised by my Turkish friends)

• Friendly staff and experienced cook

🍽 Recommend:

Starters:

• Turkish Salad set (Ezme, Cauliflower etc.) + Submarine Bread

• Hummus + Pita Bread (one sliced into four thick pieces, enough for two pax)

Main:

• Yaprak Sarma (see pic 4; bbq mutton wrapped in bread with yoghurt and pistachio flakes)

• Pide of your choice (they have vegetarian option)

• Chicken Kebab (comes with tortilla wraps)

Dessert:

• Kunefe (Super delicious Arabic dessert)

• Quite expensive: 1 starter + 2 dishes (no drinks or dessert) = 30sgd/pax

• the portion is quite big (and the food is mainly meat + carbs), so two dishes are plenty for two people to share. Though the place is great for larger group gathering!

• the staff back in Holland village used to be super friendly and engaging, the new ones (at least the one I met in Far East) are relatively less responsive
