The Juiciest Lobster Tails

I absolutely adore lobster! If I won the lottery I would probably eat it everyday. But until then (cries in 9-5), it’ll just be my special indulgence. 🦞

There are a ton of great ways to prepare lobster tails but my favorite is to load them up with garlic & herb butter (recipe incoming) and broil them in the oven for 8-10 minutes. I served these with zucchini noodles tossed in tomato sauce.
