My 1st Trimester

Assalamualaikum

At 8 weeks pregnant, we finally decided to go for our first pre-natal check-up and have a glimpse of our miracle baby..

.

Alhamdulillah, baby is in good condition. The doctor has advised a few concern matters about my pregnancy..

.

1) Age. As I am will be in my 40s soon, I am under the high-risk pregnancy category.

2) Blood Pressure. Chances of having high blood pressure are quite high.

3) Diabetes. Chances of being diagnosed with diabetes are also quite high.

4) Obese. Due to being already Obese Stage 3, it may cause many more health issues such as body aches, knee pain, Sciatica, and many more..

I was clear about all the concerned matters, and I really have to take care of my health during this whole pregnancy journey for the sake of my health and the baby's health. InshaAllah
