If u love pistachio u MUST get their bakes!!

Just dropped by The Flour Department recently and tried their famous Pistachio Genmaicha Mochi Bread Bowl, Pistachio Roll, and the Dubai-Inspired Pistachio Tiramisu. 🥰 Let me just say—the pistachio bakes were so good I had to come back for more!

The Pistachio Genmaicha Mochi Bread Bowl was an absolute delight—imagine soft, fluffy bread filled with a silky pistachio paste that flows out the moment you cut into it! Combined with the earthy notes of genmaicha and a pillowy mochi center, it was an explosion of textures and flavors in every bite. 🥹

The Pistachio Roll was equally amazing—soft milk bun rolled with layers of fragrant pistachio cream and crunchy praline bits. Topped with a generous amount of nutty pistachio paste, it’s the perfect treat for pistachio lovers. 😍 The best part? You can get both the roll and the bread bowl as a bundle for just $13—a total steal for the quality and flavor!

As for the Tiramisu ($20), it’s a unique twist and great for crunch lovers, but I have to say, the pastries were the real stars. For the price, I’d definitely go for the bread bowl and roll again. 🙌🏼

Also, heads up! The cafe is pretty small and seats are limited, so plan ahead! The menu changes regularly too, so you never know what new creations will be there next. Can’t wait to see what they bake up next time! 💚
