I came here 3 times consecutively with 3 different groups of people to introduce this restaurant to them and the staff actually recognised me🤣🤣🤣

🦐 K.L Hokkien Mee: 13 RM (S), 26 RM (M), 39 RM (L)

- In my opinion, it’s the best dish here HAHA

- every visit, I have to order this and it will never be a small portion because that’ll be illegal 🤣

- love the thick noodles accompanied by the dark and viscous soy sauce (however, due to its viscosity, it might be too gelat for some so it would be best to share!)

- other ingredients inside includes pork lard🫶🏻, fishcake, cabbage, and generous amount of prawns

🐟🍜 Mui Hong Salted Egg Fish with Rice Noodle: 14 RM (S), 28 (M)

- imo, it taste like hor fan but with lao shu mian (mouse noodle?🤣)

- not bad, love the addition of the pork lard and the raw egg on top.

🐓Kampung Chicken: 40 RM (S), 80 RM (M)

- I ordered this the 3 times that I went but I preferred the chicken on the first visit.

- the first time I ate it, the chicken was much more juicer and tender.

- however, during the past 2 visits, it was drier and （personal preference: there were more bones but maybe you are able to request for the other parts)

- nonetheless, loved the chicken skin with the fatty layer underneath and the generous amount of ginger sauce that came as the dipping sauce!

🐟Curry Fish: 50 RM (S), 70 RM (M), 90 RM (L)

- sweet, sour and spicy (I think it was just me but I tasted a little bit of assam flavour)

- fish was soft and not rubbery 👍🏼

- curry was flavourful and not watery or tasteless

- ingredients came with beancurd, ladyfinger, cabbage, and brinjal

🍤⚽️Cereal Prawn Ball: 30 RM (S), 48 RM (M), 60 RM (L)

- fresh and decent sized prawn with cereal flakes!

🐖Sweet & Sour Pork: 20 RM (S), 33 RM (M), 45 RM (L)

- imo, another must-order dish

- taste-wise, it's not overly sweet and the sauce is not too watery or too viscous

- best part about it, is the crispiness of the pork cubes despite being drenched in the tomato sauce

Braised Yong Tao Foo: 17 RM (S), 34 RM (M), 51 RM (L)

- meat was soft, flavourful and stuffed in different ingredients such as bitter gourd, brinjal and tofu!

- 🫰🏻loved the meat & brinjal combo the most! (brinjal was really soft, which is how I like it)

🥬Baby Kailan: 12 RM (S), 20 RM (M)

- crunchy with slight bitterness and fragrance of the garlic slices

🥦Mushroom Broccoli: 18 RM (S), 30 RM (M)

- broccoli is on the crunchier and harder side but not undercooked!

- came with carrots, mushroom, and thin garlic slices
