My current favorite way to make ramen! Which changes often but this is yummy lately and I have almost everything from my own garden. It adds some healthy ingredients and is more filling.
I love mama ramen- the pink packet that is shrimp flavor (tom yum) other flavors are great too
It’s amazing by itself but I sometimes like to add a lot so with this I do:
Green onions, jalapeño, cilantro, boiled egg, and a little pickled veggies.
Chop up green onion and jalapeño (or Thai pepper)
Boil eggs
Put the ramen in a bowl
Add the packets
Add the green onion and jalapeño
Add boiling water
Then when ready add the cilantro, boiled egg, and pickled veggies if you want.
Just green onion and boiled egg elevates the ramen but I love to add the peppers and cilantro and sometimes the pickled veggies or on the side.
The pickled veggies are daikon radish and carrots
And also cabbage with peppers, carrots, cucumbers, fish sauce
I have tried so many ways and would love to know anymore ideas 😄
