Steak stuffed portabello mushrooms

These are soooo good! So easy to put together and put in the oven to bake and done very fast. You can pre prep all the ingredients too to throw together on the nights you want to make it and switch up a lot of the ingredients used!

•Cook the steak

(medium rare because it will cook more in the mushrooms)

•Cut up and add to the mushrooms

•Add onions and peppers

(I used jalapeño & Fresno peppers but red and green bell peppers would be perfect too)

•Add cheese

(I used mozzarella & provolone)

•Bake at 400 for 10 to 15 minutes

•Garnish with pepper & cilantro or parsley
