Easy crispy chicken tacos

A great meal to prep ahead of the week as it’s so simple to make and so good as leftovers even.

Just add the chicken thighs, poblano peppers, garlic, onion, and seasoning to a pan mix it up with a little oil and bake in the oven at 400 for about 20 minutes. Or you can just pan fry it too.

Then take it out and shred the chicken and mix up and you have the taco mix ready for whenever. Or make taco bowls with it.

To make crispy tacos add cheese and the chicken and bake shortly until crispy in the oven, air fryer, or on a skillet. Or add rice for a bowl. Add avocado salsa or any sauce of your choice.
