📍Wunderbody - Dhoby Ghaut

Clean and aesthetic space, workout was good as well. There is ample space to sit and wait before the class starts.

📍The Flow Playground - Chinatown

Now I know why this studio is highly raved on Lemon8. The workout is good (muscle ache the next day!) and the studio is clean and has a very nostalgic feel. It’s located next to the Buddha Tooth Relic temple in Chinatown and personally I feel very calm and at peace doing Pilates while looking out the window at the temple (maybe it’s just me hahaha)

📍Elev8 - Somerset

New studio and the sessions are discounted on ClassPass so I decided to try them out. I find the mirrors on the ceiling good but also at the same time very distracting cuz I just keep looking at myself and forget to listen to the instructor haha. The session is multi-level and the instructor used heavier springs so I had 🔥 muscle ache for like 2-3 days after that (very worth it haha)

Also sharing some updated thoughts after revisiting some studios I’ve previously reviewed.

📍ALLY - Raffles Place

Updated the workout intensity from 5 to 4 because after going to other studios I think the workout here is less strenuous (maybe I became stronger keke). Still the best studio in terms of environment it’s too bougie.

📍SG Pilates - Dhoby Ghaut

Studio too bright (they use bright white lights). The layout is also quite weird cuz it’s 9 reformers in a row and if you are assigned the corner reformer can’t really see the instructor well. But the space is aesthetic and clean.

Updated the environment from 2 to 3 because somehow I love the dark dark underground feel. If go during off peak hours actually quite okay. It’s only chaotic and squeezy during peak hours.

📍Mindful Movement - Beach Rd

Special mention for Aerial Pilates because the workout burns 🔥 Seriously the day after the session I had muscle ache in muscles I didn’t even know existed.
