DIY Painted Oven 🤯😲😍✨

CALLING ALL MAXIMALIST GIRLIIES: Did you know that you can paint your oven?! Using Fusion Mineral Paint you can paint almost ANYTHING, as long as you do the right steps to prepare !

Step 1: scuff sand your oven by hand with a 120 grit sandpaper (this creates a surface for your paint to adhere to)

Step 2: clean your piece well with a degreaser. I used a TSP cleaner but dawn dish soap + water can also do the trick.

Step 3: apply 2 coats of your choice or fusion mineral paint (I used colour Carriage House).

Step 4: apply gold rub N buff to the areas of your choice ✨

Side note: you might need to touch up your gold rub n Buff areas every 6 months (ish) due to the cleaning tools used on your oven. But the paint should hold up well as long as you use the right prep
