On The Go Snacks🙌🏼

I’m a foodie and over the last year I’ve started to find macro friendly gas station/7-11 snacks that will hold me over until my next meal or will help with my macros!

I lived in VA for a year & traveled back and forth to NY throughout that time! Constantly being on the road doesn’t give me the opportunity to eat much, so this is where it started for the snacks👀

Now, I have a job that keeps me out of the office and on the go where I don’t always have the time to sit and eat my full prep🫣 Little snacks like these to put in my desk or put in my lunch box helped so much !!
