🔍 Checking out different storey heights in the summary table:

🔎 Knowing whether you have 3/4 height windows for all rooms:

In private developments, having full-height windows is common, allowing ample natural light to flood in. When it comes to HDB living, we hope for the blessing of large three-quarter windows in all our rooms. (Of course, some may prefer not to have them to maximize space utilization, like placing tables against a higher parapet wall.) Look for the W annotations on the FLOOR PLAN and corresponding LEGEND items to discover how many large windows each unit typology has.

🚪 What those "lobang" in the Block sections mean:

Typically, they indicate non-residential spaces like connections to MSCP roof gardens or communal void decks with seating areas or mini gardens. Living above or below these spaces may mean more or less movement and noise if everyone has access to them, including potential noise or smoking.
