Skincare for combo + dry

I will always start my skincare with a face mist because skincare works best on damp skin and it hydrates my skin. For my new skincare routine, I like to focus on lightweight hydrating products.

Then I will use an essence toner and emulsion. I will apply a thin layer and not overdo it as it will clog your pores if you over-moisturise your skin. An eye serum is a must as you age, the skin underneath your eyes will lose its collagen and it will feel dry more often.

Tip: Pat your skincare on your skin, NOT rub it.

For my skin now, I am using a BHA gel cream to prevent clogged pores and acne. As for my moisturiser now, I like to use a gel type for my combo skin. Finally, I will apply cicaplast ONLY on my dry areas.

Tip: This way you won’t overuse any products that will trigger your combo skin.
