How to Beat Sugar Cravings

Hi all! These are some tips I have for beating sugar cravings

I’ve recently been experimenting with the Glucose Goddess method and will also do a seperate post about that some time soon - but these are some very great tips i’ve found

The no.1 concern I have with consuming sugar is that I am prone to having low blood sugar after I have it (from the glucose spike) and end up feeling very weak and tired

Through implementing these tips, I find that I have less “crashes”, less cravings and more energy
