Day 4 becoming “That Girl” | Trying IF!

Hi all i’m back with day 4 of becoming “that girl”

For today’s addition is different because I’m trying intermittent fasting today! I had breakfast later in the day and had some matcha in the morning. I love making my own matcha at home because its so much cheaper! I highly recommend Honu’s

So far today went well for Intermittent Fasting. Which, btw, is a form of eating where you have a certain “eating clock" and then you fast throughout the day. It has a number of health benefits - should I make a post about it?
