Who says you need a gym membership to build your dream body?! Here are some exercises to build your booty that you can easily add into a home workout routine.
In full transparency, I have personally built my body in the gym, however as long as you’re incorporating progressive overload and meeting the proper protein goal for your body you can have progress with home workouts!
Progressive overload can be done by adding more weight, increasing time under tension, or both. I highly recommend purchasing resistance bands, ankle weights, and a yoga mat if your workouts will be primarily home based. Dumbbells are not a necessity but can help you load more weight. If dumbbells aren’t in your budget, you can always opt for heavy household items that are easy/safe to carry and lift.
