I’ve been on my personal weight gain journey for almost 2 years. My goal in the beginning and even now is to build up my curves as I naturally have a less curvy, slim figure. In order to build your booty successfully, you first need to understand the different muscles that make up your glutes.

There are three groups of muscles that make up your glutes:

1. Glute Maximus 🍑

2. Glute Minimus 🍑

3. Glute Medius 🍑

Today we’re focusing on the Glute Medius. The Glute Medius is a primary hip abductor. This is the muscle that will help give you that shelf effect if you work it out regularly. I’ve demonstrated 5 workouts that I’ve incorporated throughout my journey to build up my Glute Medius.
